For new clients booking treatments over £50, a small deposit is required to secure your slot — this will be deducted from your final bill.

The remaining balance can be paid:

• At least 24 hours before your appointment
• Or on the day in cash (if previously agreed)

3. Product Purchases 🛒

When ordering products through our website:

• Full payment is taken at checkout
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Shipping costs (if any) will be clearly stated at checkout
• We aim to dispatch orders promptly, usually within 2–3 working days
• If a product is unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund or replacement

4. Cancellations 🚫

• 48+ hours’ notice → No charge
• 48–24 hours’ notice → 50% of the treatment cost charged
• Less than 24 hours or no-shows → Full cost charged

5. Changes to Appointments 📅

We’ll always try to keep your appointment exactly as booked. If a change is necessary, we’ll contact you quickly to arrange a new time that works for you.

6. Consent to Treatments 👐

By booking, you acknowledge that all treatments come with some level of risk. We promise to:

• Support and address any concerns you may have afterwards

7. Your Responsibilities 🌟

• Arrive on time — late arrivals may shorten your treatment or require rescheduling
• Give us accurate details when booking (medical conditions, allergies, etc.) so we can give you the safest and best experience possible

• You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund
