A holistic journey

My personal passion for holistic tools, including crystals, energy work, emotional integration, manifestation and quantum healing, enriches the salon environment and the way we hold space for clients.

I am deeply connected to my intuitive side, and that helps me bring a different perspective to the team and the place. And yes, I do sage the salon space to clear anything that does not feel supportive.

To me, a Modern Goddess is a woman who embraces her feminine power to create practical, positive changes in her life. That is who we are here to serve.

My story

I am a qualified, fully insured advanced Level 3 aesthetician. The journey into aesthetics felt like a calling. After leaving my corporate job, a flash of inspiration led me into a field that resonated deeply with my values, my love of beauty and my desire to work with women in a meaningful way.

For ten years, I went through a deep internal journey of re-examining myself, my values and my relationship with appearance. There was a time when I rejected beauty standards, makeup, looking after how I looked, and caring about what others thought.

As I integrated more of myself, I also re-owned something simple and honest: looking good feels good to me, and that matters. Not because women have to look good, but because we are allowed to decide for ourselves what makes us feel alive, confident and at home in our bodies.

So I will never support pressure, shame or a sense of “you must look a certain way”. But I fully support: I want to look good because I want to, and I have chosen that for myself.

Our approach

At Modern Goddess Zone, we take care in selecting the products and methods we use. Each choice is made with your desired look, comfort and overall alignment in mind.

We choose quality brands with strong reputations, and we are moving toward a more plant-based product inventory wherever this is possible and appropriate for treatment standards.

As “woo woo” as this may sound, I set an intention for each day, each client, each session and each treatment to align with the highest positive outcome. This intention works as my organising principle. It helps me prepare energetically and practically so your experience can feel harmonious and cared for.

All the women working in the salon are part of this constant improvement. So many helpful ideas have come from the team. The paraffin bath was Fariba’s idea. Our plant-based builder gel came through Fawzia. These details matter because they make the treatments better.

Our conversations with you are key. Understanding your goals allows us to tailor each service toward the most harmonious result, so you can leave looking and feeling the way you wanted. Maybe even better.

Modern Goddess Zone is more than a physical space. It is an energetic haven where divinity, empowerment and practical self-care can meet. Here, we celebrate the goddess within every woman and support her journey to create the life, appearance and feeling she desires.

At Modern Goddess Zone, I am committed to helping women not only with their physical appearance, but also with confidence, emotional wellbeing and self-connection. As a proud associate member of the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC), I care deeply about best practice, quality of service and continued development in the industry.
